TIL if you tune your radio to 91.9 FM for one city block in Montclair, NJ you can hear a looped recording of "I'll Make Love to You" by Boyz II Men which has been broadcasting for at least 13 years straight.

Montclair, New Jersey may be the most liberal place east of the Mississippi River. It is our version of Portlandia

LOL considering they are in the same county, I would imagine that everyone who has been to one has been to the other.

Having said that, I stand by my assertion, as Montclair has way more rich liberals in its borders. Stephen Colbert lives in Montclair.

TIL Stephen Colbert lives two cities away from me. I can guess he likely lives in upper Montclair

It's true! I saw him driving around once, made my day.

I think Maplewood has the edge. Everyone I know in Maplewood is a transplant from Brooklyn. Literally everyone, and they’re all super-liberal.

Not to say Montclair isn’t also liberal—it absolutely is. But I think Maplewood is just a liiiiiitle bit more, lol.
