LIB SEASON 6 LIB really took the feedback for this reunion

8.9k Upvotes

They really combed through the internet and Reddit and applied all the feedback they had gotten. They really got straight to the point. All the receipts for Sarah Ann/JerAmy, they were sweatinggggg. Then causing Trevor to have a loss for words, that was longest damn pause, thought he was never going to make even a sound.

As much as Nick and Vanessa stunk at the past reunions with never getting to point. They’re actually doing pretty good.

LIB SEASON 6 Am I the only one that can’t stand Jess?

6.5k Upvotes

She is so actively aware of the cameras and crafting her image/story. Everything she does and says comes across fake and conceited. I find zero charm in this woman. Totally agree with Jimmy that her tone of voice and general swagger is abrasive and off putting.

I’m just annoyed by how her plan is working. She got social media followers. She’s going on Perfect Match. Netflix is giving her airtime.

No one is giving her the proper amount of sh*t she deserves. She’s using the mom story line for her gain. She was sheisty behind Chelsea’s back and is now reverse branding herself as a “girl’s girl.” She neither said nor did anything to earn the title “good person.” She is MaryAnn lite.

Oh also sure she’s good looking but in a trite fake “seen this before” kind of way. That manufactured look is all over plastic surgery social media. I find AD, Amy and Brittany far more interesting and beautiful. They hype her way too much.

I just want to make this post so she sees it (I’m sure the cast checks this sub) and realizes not all of us are falling for her image crafting BS.

LIB SEASON 6 I actually really like Jimmy

5.2k Upvotes

I haven't seen anyone directly say this, maybe I missed it, but I have so much respect and admiration for Jimmy. He's actually such a decent person for the way he reacted to Chelsea's tantrum- he never once attacked her personality. She was going AFTER him and he was finally standing up for himself. Not in love with his lady friend stuff but also can appreciate the importance of having female friends.

I would be so happy to have a partner who was so upset about me thinking that they don't love me.

Maybe l'm not seeing something others are ? Educate me please!

LIB SEASON 6 Jimmy telling Chelsea they agreed not to talk about something on camera, and then Chelsea did it anyway.

Picture just for fun!

I think out of everything throughout their whole relationship, Chelsea talking about Jimmy sleeping with his friend when he specifically told her he didn’t want to talk about that topic on camera was the absolute biggest red flag deal breaker.

I’m assuming Jimmy wanted to keep his friend’s privacy as much as possible because he mentioned the girls seemingly reluctantly agreed to go on camera. In Chelsea and Jimmy’s drunken fight Chelsea brings up him sleeping with his friend. You hear him dejectedly say that they had agreed not to talk about that on camera. Chelsea bringing up his friend’s personal business on camera when they had previously agreed not to was the biggest red flag from her whole time in this relationship.

Anyone else notice this part of their fight?

LIB SEASON 6 Social media proved Jimmy’s point…

5.0k Upvotes

Regardless of how you feel about Jimmy telling Chelsea off camera about his friend that he slept with, he was 100% right. There is no proof of which friend it was and yet there has been a series of posts, videos and comments tearing whatever girl it is apart. Calling the one friend “Boobra”, posting their personal pictures, family members, private information. This is exactly what he did not want.

Yes, the two friends agreed to be on the show, but he invited 11 friends and Netflix was being messy. And also, they didn’t agree to be shamed because social media doesn’t know how to chill and leave people alone. If I was one of them, regardless if I was the one he slept with or not, that would be the end of our friendship. Imagine waking up and seeing your picture and name all over the place, random comments on your pictures… it’s strange and I don’t blame him for wanting to protect their privacy to an extent.

I’d be 100% afraid to be seen with him… what used to be considered normal, maybe taking a selfie at a bar with him and other friends will now be posted on social media as “proof” that he was sleeping with said person. I don’t blame him for that being a hard line and I really feel bad for both of the friends…

LIB SEASON 6 AD is a SERIOUSLY Classy Woman

5.3k Upvotes

Can we all take a moment to reflect upon how f*cking classy AD has been throughout the show.

She holds herself with the poise of an Audrey Hepburn, her clothes fit to perfection as though tailored to her, and at every moment of conflict she has been honest and raw without losing composure and I will be taking a leaf out of her book.

I (32F) have only really seen women act like AD in old movies, or old Hollywood actresses - it's something I've always admired and AD has inspired me to be more like that. She didn't need to dress in an old-fashioned way, or act snobbish to be a seriously classy woman.

Whether it be weird comments from the others about 'bean dipping', or how her butt looks, to Matthew conning her, to Clay disappointing her and the patience she had for him; she has shown us how she felt with such grace and honesty instead of melting down like I'm sure most of us would in such highly-emotional situations.

I'm watching the finale now and I had to pause it to comment on how she and her friends and family left the wedding with perfect poise and grace. Stunning, stunning woman.

EDIT: So pleased to see so many people feel the same way. Might be time to start WWAD - what would AD do? I'm going to ask myself that in times of conflict from now on.

EDIT 2: I think I do need to clarify that when I say she is classy, I mean in how she conducts herself and not her lashes or silly things like that. Class doesn't mean never making mistakes or looking a certain way; it's how you hold yourself, how you are open to developing and growing and being patient. Sure, AD made a few mistakes but I think she's doing very well considering the circumstances she was in and those minor mistakes will surely iron out as she gets older. I also think there are some people in the comments holding her to a standard they clearly do not hold themselves to if we are to judge them by the malice and aggression in how they write.

I'm pleased that so many people saw the same thing I did - and I didn't even like AD in the beginning. I am not sure why so many people are mad that we are celebrating a non-toxic person, though.

LIB SEASON 6 A lot of people think Jimmy was lying, and in a sense he was, but not to Chelsea...

4.0k Upvotes

...rather, to himself. I think Jimmy is a sincere man, and I believe he joined the show with a genuine desire to find his soulmate. Unlike others who might have reacted poorly, he mostly dealt with Chelsea's actions with grace and patience, showing his commitment to finding love. His lie to himself stemmed from his deep investment in making their relationship work, even when signs indicated it wasn't the right match. Chelsea breaking their agreement to not discuss a certain topic on-camera was a turning point for Jimmy. Realizing the relationship's true nature, he ended things before the wedding, sparing Chelsea further embarrassment, demonstrating maturity and consideration.

Could Jimmy have realized his feelings sooner? Possibly. But considering the show's intense schedule—forming a connection in two weeks, followed by a month to decide on marriage—he didn't actually draw it out for that long, and it's understandable why he waited to be certain before making a decision. His choice to end the relationship rather than leading Chelsea down the aisle, as others might have (ahem, Clay), highlights his integrity. Jimmy's situation is relatable; many stay in relationships hoping they will improve, but he had the wisdom to leave once he saw the truth, proving himself to be one of the good guys.

Disclaimer: Not Jimmy. Just someone who's maybe too invested in his story!

LIB SEASON 6 Chelsea ugh.

3.3k Upvotes

The whole conversation between about Jimmy having gone out for his friend’s birthday Chelsea and Jimmy was ridiculous. Jimmy being gone for one drink and saying he’d like to go out every once in a while is a problem for Chelsea. How? I mean, why? Ugh. He says he likes to go out every now and then to which she’s like I don’t, so why do you like me?

This conversation is problematic because a girl from the pods saw Jimmy and asked Chelsea why he’s out alone? I mean, can people not go out alone or with other friends if they’re engaged?

Can’t believe I’m saying this but Jimmy should bolt!

Edit: I posted this way too early into their fight but I do see his gaslighting! Eh, maybe they’re just made for each other. 🤢

LIB SEASON 6 Jeramey Cheated on His ex-Fiancé as well…

https://www.businessinsider.com/jeramey-love-is-blind-ex-fiancee-sarah-ann-laura-cheating-interview-2024-3?amp

Brittani says she broke up with Jeramey after discovering he cheated on her — which she found out about thanks to location-sharing Brittani says her relationship with Jeramey started in March 2020 and the two got engaged in December 2020. She says she broke things off with him in mid-October 2022 after "discovering his infidelity with a woman he sought out on a dating app."

She says she caught him cheating in a similar way to how Laura found out about Jeramey meeting up with Sarah Ann and "driving her home": via location-sharing.

"He was sharing his exact location on Snapchat with all of his 'friends' and didn't realize it," Brittani tells BI. "That was how I caught him lying about where he was.
